International Cooling Tower, Inc. (ICT) designs, manufactures and constructs a complete line of industrial cooling towers for the petrochemical industry, power plants, and petroleum refineries. Our operations complete cooling tower projects, aftermarket maintenance activities and a full range of field services.
The Project Manager (PM) reports to the Project Director and will be responsible for all aspects of project management, evaluating estimates, reviewing contracts, establishing material delivery and construction schedules on projects in the Houston/Gulf Coast area and other regions in the US. As a PM at ICT, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple exciting projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do. Leadership and accountability are key to achieving a corporate objective with the viability and success from a business standpoint.
To achieve this, you will work with engineering, purchasing and construction personnel to ensure project construction is executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining integrity of design and will work closely with the ICT management to ensure project delivery and accurate costing of onsite activities. Overall, the position will assist the sales team, project management and construction operations during the execution of projects providing technical expertise from project initiation to completion.

The Foreman assists the Superintendent by providing leadership and being responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and safety, consistently and fairly applying all ICT policies and procedures, proper training and productivity of crews at the worksite who erect and repairs cooling towers.
The Foreman must work with the Superintendent to ensure the job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. Specifically, the Foreman is responsible to lead groups of Technicians to make sure tasks assigned by Superintendent are executed properly.
This position may require extensive travel depending on project location.

The purpose of this position is to supervise field erection of cooling towers and cooling tower repairs, ensuring that each job is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. The incumbent ensures that the construction aspect of cooling towers is completed under experienced leadership and direction.
Further, the incumbent is responsible for customer satisfaction and completing each job according to contract and budget. This role involves travel, both within the US and overseas, in order to effectively hire and supervise the craft workers who complete cooling tower construction. The successful incumbent demonstrates strong leadership skills, ensures that job sites are as safe as possible, works well with clients and fellow associates and stays on time and on budget.
The Field Superintendent must work closely with ICT engineering, project management, purchasing and Construction groups to meet or exceed customer expectations. Position may require extensive travel depending on job locations.

The CTT3 assists the CTT1 and /or CTT2 with the construction, erection, installation, fabrication, and repair of all types of cooling towers. The CTT3 must be able to carry out assigned duties without the constant supervision of a CTT2 CTT1 or Foreman. The incumbent must work diligently to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. This position may require extensive travel depending on project location. Must understand carpentry concepts.

The incumbent must work diligently to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. This position may require extensive travel depending on project location. Must understand carpentry concepts.

The purpose of this position is to assist with the construction of cooling towers by erecting, installing, fabricating, and repairing all types of cooling towers. The CTT1 must always adhere to blueprints, sketches, or building specifications as directed by ICT Foreman and Superintendents.
The incumbent should exhibit leadership qualities while performing duties. The incumbent must work diligently to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to ICT quality standards. This position may require extensive travel depending on project location. Must understand carpentry concepts.
